FRANKFORT, Ky. (AP) - Kentucky businesses have until July second to file annual reports with the secretary of state's office.
The traditional deadline is June 30th, but because that falls on a Saturday, businesses have until the following Monday.
Secretary of State Trey Grayson says the easiest way for all businesses to file their annual report is to do so electronically on the Secretary of State Web site.
He says that in a matter of minutes, you can view your information, make any necessary changes and file your report. There is no waiting or turnaround time.
