Lexington nurse to leave for Haiti

Lexington Jump leaves Friday for Carrefour, one of the hardest hit areas in Haiti.

It's not the first time the registered nurse has been to the country.

"First started going in high school for mission trips", says Rebecca Jump, who works at Kidz Club, which takes care of special needs kids.

Jump recently returned home to the United States after spending a year in Haiti. She ran a clinic there. She's now hoping to help those that need it in a place she still calls home.

"That's my family. That's what matters and is what life is about so I'm gonna go help", says Rebecca Jump.
