Man accused of deadly Frankfort shooting pleads not guilty

A man accused of shooting another man, because of a dispute over a car, says he's innocent.

The State Journal reports 31-year-old Lionel McGraph, plead not guilty during a video arraignment in Franklin County this week.

McGraph allegedly shot and killed 36-year-old Tommy McKinney outside a Frankfort home, January 5th.

The Commonwealth's Attorney told the paper, McGraph had a video arraignment because of a death threat against him.

McGraph is in the Franklin County Jail on $500,000 bond.
