Judge rules man accused of killing three will stand trial

A judge rules a man accused of killing three children is capable of standing trial.

Kevin Dunlap is charged with stabbing the children to death, attacking their mother and then burning down the family's Trigg County home, in October 2008.

In addition to finding Dunlap competent to stand trial, a judge denied his lawyer's request to delay the trial.

It's scheduled to begin February 9th, in Livingston County.
