Frankfort Stabbing
Frankfort, Ky - Police are investigating a stabbing incident that occurred early today seriously injuring a 46 year old Frankfort man.
Frankfort City Police say they arrested 23-year old Cade J. Woods at the Juniper Hills Apartments after he allegedly stabbed Joseph L. Payne, a resident of the same apartment complex.
Reportedly, Woods and Payne got into an argument, which turned violent. Payne sustained multiple stab wounds to his chest and torso. He was airlifted to the U. K. Hospital.
Woods is lodged in the Franklin County Detention Center charged with first degree assault and tampering with evidence.
