Day Care Worker Violates Court Order

A woman who agreed operating a child day
care facility out of her home is heading back to court.
Prosecutors say Robin Tracy has violated a court order in which
stipulated she could not supervise more than three children
unrelated to her at once.
Tracy signed the order after an inspection of her home earlier
this year found several children hiding in a crawlspace.
But officials from the Cabinet for Health and Family Services
found at least five children who were not related to Tracy in her
home during a visit last week.
Court documents allege Tracy told officials all seven children
in her house at the time of the visit were related to her, but
interviews with parents and grandparents revealed at least five of
the children were not related to Tracy.
Prosecutors are asking Tracy to be fined 500 dollars for
contempt of court and one thousand dollars for violating the order.
