Two men stabbed at homeless shelter

Police are searching for a person responsible for stabbing two men at a Lexington homeless shelter.

It happened Tuesday night at the Catholic Action Center on East Fifth Street.

The Lexington Herald-Leader reports one of the victims suffered multiple stab wounds and went to U.K. Hospital with what may have been life-threatening injuries.

The other victim suffered injuries to his hand.

Police think the stabber used a pocket knife in the attacks.
