Judge Executive Due In Court On Alcohol Charges

Madison County's judge-executive will be in court Monday to face alcohol related charges.

Kent Clark will be arraigned in Russell County.

Police say he was drinking in public, last month, at the Russell County fair.

Russell is a dry county.

Madison County court records show Clark has been arrested twice before for alcohol offenses.
