Frankfort Woman Ordered To Shut Down Daycare

Video will be available shortly

The Frankfort woman accused of hiding children during an inspection of her daycare was back in court again this morning.

Despite being ordered to close the daycare, inspectors say she was still operating the facility last week.

Robin Tracy plead her own case today, saying she and her attorney had irreconcilable differences. She also told the judge that she had never been in trouble before, and didn't want to start now.

The judge ordered her to completely shut down her childcare operation, and fined her $500 for contempt of court, and $1000 for violating the original June 22 ruling.

If Tracy does not comply, she will face jail time.
