30 year old Tristan Lobensomer is out of jail tonight, after police say his mother put up a $100,000 cash bond.

Lobensomer is accused of trying to hire someone to kill his girlfriend's ex-husband.

Lexington police say he went as far as meeting with what he would later find out was an undercover officer. Police say he gave the officer $5,000 in cash, pictures of the intended victim and a description of his car.

Colleen Trpkovski is the ex-wife of the intended victim, Phillip Trpkovski, and the alleged girlfriend of Tristan Lobensomer.

Lexington police arrested Lobensommer last Friday and have charged him with criminal conspiracy to commit murder.
