Thursday Kentucky's lawmakers will go back to work, for a special session in Frankfort.
The session contains a five page agenda; with 67 different line items. One of the main issues is giving an energy plant a tax incentive; to bring an alternative energy plant to Kentucky.
Each day of the special session is expected to cost taxpayers $65,000.
Lawmakers will have no time limit to this session, so theoretically, they say it could last until January.
