Roads slick from Wednesday night's storm are partly to blame for a crash that sent three people to the hospital.
Police say a driver hydroplaned on Chinoe road Thursday morning, slammed into a Columbia Gas truck and then crashed into the curb.
People who saw the crash pulled the driver from the car. Rescue crews had to use the jaws of life to cut the passenger out.
Neighbors say people regularly speed in the neighborhood and say they want it to stop. Police say the driver may have been speeding before the crash.
The driver of the Columbia Gas van was not seriously injured.
