Caught in the crossfire, a person dives for cover

Police were called to the 1700 hundred block of Gerald Drive in the Winburn neighborhood after a cab driver reports being shot at.

Police say he had the bullet holes in his cab to prove it. Luckily no one was hit, but the cab driver wasn't the only one in the path of the shooter's bullets.

Jonathan Chevarria was in a nearby home when the shots were fired at least four hit his home including one through his window.

Chevarria says he saw the bullet go through his window, he hit the deck just getting out of the way of the bullet.

The bullet did hit a computer monitor, a place where Chevarria says his family is normally gathered around at this time.

As of Thursday evening Police have not made any arrests.
