Case Against Fayette County Board Of Education

Jury selection began today in a civil case against the Fayette County Board of Education.

Carol Lynne Maner claims that she and others were the victims of sexual abuse at Beaumont Junior High and Lafayette High Schools back in the mid 70's and early 80's.

Maner says the school system ignored and even concealed the alleged abuse.

Since Maner filed the suit in 2003 another student has come forward.
