LOUISVILLE, Ky. (AP) - A body found in a garbage truck over the weekend was that of a missing 4-year-old boy, a coroner said Monday.

Cezar "Ivan" Aguilar-Cano was the victim of a homicide, Jefferson County Coroner Ron Holmes said.

Aguilar-Cano was last seen June 29, playing outside his family's apartment building near Churchill Downs.

His body was found Saturday in the same neighborhood where he went missing. Trash workers discovered the body in the truck one
block from Churchill Downs.

Police and volunteers had searched the neighborhood since the boy's disappearance. The boy's family is not currently the focus of the investigation, Assistant Police Chief Tim Emington said.

No arrest had been made, he said.
