Nephew Accused Of Shooting Uncle

Police found David Hatton suffering from what they thought was a self-inflicted gunshot wound Tuesday night.

Hatton later told police his nephew, Anthony Fallen, shot him in a cemetery in Wolfe County.

Police picked up Fallen and charged him with criminal attempt to commit murder.

At last check, Hatton was in critical condition.
