Many in Scott County say they're tired of snow

Another winter storm has many people in Scott County saying they're tired of snow.

First responders in the county say they stayed busy throughout the day, working crashes on slippery roads.

Many people say this has been a long winter already.

"Today's weather is pretty unusual for us, to get this much snow at one time," John Stone, a truck driver, said. "We get two or three inches every now and then. This though is pretty significant I think."

Scott County has already seen several inches of snow, with more expected.

Most of the interstates and major roads around the county were clear for the most part Monday evening.

But many drivers say they're worried about black ice. They advise people to slow down, or just stay home if possible.
