Cell Phone Cameras Help Police The use of video is helping police crack down on crime, and now cell phones with cameras are catching criminals in the act.
Whether it's a witness to a crime, or committing the crimes themselves it's all being caught on tape.
A persons need to be in the spotlight is lending a hand to law enforcers; especially when homemade videos are posted on websites like "YouTube", "Myspace," and "Facebook."
Police around the country are now as a routine looking at those sites for tips.
Police say having visual evidence can speed up the trial process, assuming you can prove the video is authentic and a judge allows it as evidence.
