Police find 100 pounds of marijuana during traffic stop

A woman is in jail after police say they found 100 pounds of marijuana in her car during a traffic stop.

Kentucky State Police pulled over 22-year-old Amber Babor, of Lexington, for careless driving on I-71 in Gallatin County overnight.

Once a trooper started talking to her, police say he smelled a strong odor of marijuana. Police say he later found the drugs, as well as $1,700 in cash.

Babor is now charged with trafficking marijuana.
