Women Robbed At Knifepoint Outside Frankfort Restaurant

Two women got the scare of their lives Thursday night after they were attacked and robbed at knife point in front of a Chineese restaurant. It happened around 8:00 at the Super Buffett along Highway 127 in Frankfort. Police tell 27NEWSFIRST the women were outside in their car when a man came up and tried to make conversation with them. Then he reached through the window and grabbed one woman's hair and put a knife to her throat.The robber demanded they women hand over their purses and drive away. He then fled on foot. The victims say they were unable to get a good description of their attacker. They describe him as a young, tall, black man with a goatee.
