A documentary about the worst school bus crash in U.S. History was shown for the first time tonight in Floyd county.
It's called "The Very Worst Thing." The film focuses on a school bus crash near Prestonsburg nearly 52 years ago.
On February 28, 1958, The bus went off Old U.S. 23 and plunged into the Big Sandy River.
The crash killed 26 students and the driver. 22 others survived.
The documentary will be shown in Lexington next week and later at film festivals across the country.
