Women Facing Murder Charges Pleading Self-Defense

A Lexington woman is scheduled to appear in court this afternoon answering to murder charges.

Police say Dana Gilliam stabbed Timothy Roseberry at the Eastland Trailer Park early yesterday morning.

Gilliam's family says Roseberry physically abused her for years, and the stabbing was in self defense.

Roseberry's family says both Gilliam and Roseberry were abusive toward one other.
