A former Fayette County teacher arrested in Tennessee for rape and sodomy charges will be in court today.
Roberta Walter arrived back in the Bluegrass yesterday afternoon.
She and another former teacher, Jack Hubbard, were arrested earlier this week.
Investigators say more than 25 years ago the two abused three students at Beaumont Junior High School, including Carol Maner.
Maner's civil lawsuit against the Fayette County School District is being heard this week.
