Video will be available shortly

A Madison County man was arrested Sunday after police say he led them on a chase.
Police say it started after a security guard spotted 35-year-old James Dailey shoplifting from the Richmond Mall.
He then got away, but not before police say he hit the guard with his car.
Police then started chasing Dailey down U.S. 25, and eventually onto Duncannon Lane.
But Dailey then lost control of his car, briefly went airborne, and landed in a ditch.
He was arrested, and now faces several charges.
Both Dailey and the security guard suffered minor injuries.
The chase lasted about 40 minutes.
