Print

More than 50 unsolved murders in Lexington could soon heat up again thanks to some help.

Lexington officials met this morning to discuss forming a Cold Case Unit.

It comes one year after Lexington Police got a 150 thousand dollar grant to help with cold cases.

The group will focus on all unsolved homicides in Lexington, dating back to 1961. Many involved hope it can bring closure to victim's families.
