Lexington Police arrested a 19-year-old man Tuesday, charging him in connection with a home invasion on Pinewood Court.

Police say Jordan Allen Moore, and another man, broke into the home early Monday.

But police say the victims actually pulled a gun on both men, forcing them to leave.

Moore faces burglary and terroristic threatening charges.
Investigators say they expect to make more arrests in the case.

AP Story

LEXINGTON, Ky. (AP) - An arrest has been made in what was reported as a home invasion in Lexington. Early Monday, two men burst into a house but fled when confronted by one of the residents armed with a firearm.

Police say the residents later received a phone call from the suspects, which implied future threats of violence.

Yesterday, detectives arrested 19-year-old Jordan Moore of Lexington for burglary and terroristic threatening. Moore was also charged under four unrelated warrants. Police say additional arrests are expected in connection with the Monday incident.
