Voyeurism suspect arrested on new charge

A man charged in a voyeurism case, involving UK students, is back behind bars.

Only 27 NEWSFIRST was outside Terry Grossman's home Thursday as Lexington Police took him back into custody.

We told you last week that Grossman was indicted on a number of charges. He was arrested Thursday for a charge connected to the indictment.

Our cameras were rolling Thursday morning when Lexington Police arrested Grossman at his home on Kingswood Drive. The arrest was for a charge of second degree burglary.

This was an additional charge Grossman was given stemming from the original investigation he was indicted for last week.

You may remember Grossman is accused of entering a home on Crescent Avenue and taking pictures of the college women inside as they undressed, without their knowledge.

He's facing a number of charges, including burglary, voyeurism, possession of marijuana, and possession of drug paraphernalia.

We're told the new charge is from a previous incident from the home on Crescent Avenue. It's similar to the other burglary charge.

Grossman is now at the Fayette County Detention Center. He's being held on a $5,000 full cash bond.

Grossman is expected to be in court Friday for all the charges he was indicted on last week.
