Video will be available shortly

A fitting Tribute today to a victim of the crash of Com Air flight 5191.

The first dog park in Richmond was dedicated to Judy Rains one of the 49 passengers on board the ill fated flight nearly a year ago.

Raines operated K9 design, but it was obvious at the dedication just how many human lives she had touched including that of Kathy Trimble who has fulfilled her promise to keep Judy's shop open.

Judy Rains was on her way to marry Brian Byrd when the plane crashed at bluegrass airport.
