MOREHEAD, Ky. (AP) - Four eastern Kentucky residents, including
one juvenile, were arrested and charged with murder in the death of
a man whose body was discovered early yesterday morning.
Police found the body of 59-year-old Doyle Swiney of West
Liberty, Kentucky around 3 a.m. yesterday in a remote area of
Morgan County. Swiney's body had been there several days. Police
said Swiney's death was the result of an assault.
Four people have been arrested in connection with Swiney's
death: 27-year-old Johnathan Brown of Grayson, was arrested and
charged with first-degree murder and first-degree robbery. Police
also arrested 19-year-old Jaclyn Ferguson of Sandy Hook,
26-year-old Michael McDavid, of Grayson and one juvenile female and
charged them with complicity to commit murder and robbery.
