Man Injured, Charged In Three-Car Accident

An accident involving three cars early Monday morning in Lexington sent one man to the hospital and also to jail.

It happened at around 1:00 a.m. at New Circle Road and North Broadway.

Police say there are conflicting stories between the drivers about who had the right of way at the intersection.

Police say one man had minor injuries and will be charged with DUI.

The impact of the wreck pushed one car into a third car.

Police have not released the name of the man charged with DUI.
