Hotel Robbed; Suspect Still On The LoosePolice are searching for a man who robbed a Lexington hotel then robbed a guest.
It happened at about 10 p.m. Monday at the Extended Stay America near Nicholasville Road and New Circle.
Police say after robbing the front desk, the robber then robbed a guest for cash at the hotel.
No one was injured.
Police received two different reports of where the suspect may have gone after the robbery.
One report was that the suspect drove away in a red sports car.
The other report into police said he ran through some apartments on nearby Larkin Road.
The suspect is described as a black man with a slim building, standing about 5'6". He was wearing a black hoodie at the time and had a red bandana over his face.
