Woman Who Drove Car Into Kroger Store Takes Plea Deal

The Frankfort woman who police say plowed her car into a grocery store while driving drunk, appeared in court Tuesday.
This was the second appearance for 74-year-old Emily Gable.
She's the wife of Robert Gable, who once ran for Kentucky governor.
Today in court Emily Gable took a plea deal offered by the Commonwealth.
On June 22, Gable crashed her Mercedes into a Kroger store in Frankfort.
Gable plead guilty to DUI and wanton endangerment charges.
Her license was also suspended for 60 days.
She must also complete treatment sometime within the next 6 months.
Gable is scheduled to be back in court on January 22.
