Murder Trial Continues With Dramatic Testimony

Video will be available shortly

Testimony in the murder trial of Kristopher Carter got underway Tuesday morning, in Bourbon County.
He's facing murder charges for the stabbing death of 19-year-old Jennifer Toadvine, in 2004.
Toadvine's mother, Cynthia Toadvine, was first to testify this morning.
But this afternoon, William Oliver, who admitted stabbing Jennifer to death, took the stand.
Oliver testified that Carter was not around when Toadvine was stabbed at a Paris home. But Oliver says he showed up later, and helped clean up the scene.
Before court adjourned Tuesday, Carter's defense hammered at Oliver's memory.
Testimony is expected to continue Wednesday. The jury could get the case as soon as Friday.
