Watergate figure Jeb Stuart Magruder, who served as Pastor of Lexington's First Presbyterian Church in the 1990's, remains in serious condition in a Columbus, Ohio hospital.
Police say Magruder crashed his car into a motorcycle, and then a truck.
The drivers of the motorcycle and truck weren't seriously hurt, and no charges have been filed.
Magruder was the second member of the Nixon administration to take responsibility for the break-in at Democratic headquarters in the Watergate complex, and the cover-up.
Magruder spent more than seven months in jail.
He preached his final sermon at First Presbyterian in 1998, after spending about eight years in Lexington.
