Lexington police bust an elaborate counterfeit money order and check scheme.

Undercover officers raided 22-year old Ibkola Rasheedat Yussuf's Lexington apartment and found dozens of counterfeit U.S Postal service money orders and credit union checks.

According to court records, police found dozens of postal service money orders each in the amount of $844. Also found were forged checks, each in the amount of $3200, along with a computer, disks and documents used to make such items.

Yussuf is in the Fayette county jail on a 20K full cash bond.

They will get released on their own recognance. Murders get out on home incarseration why not them. So they can cash some more checks.
