Heavy snow is taking its time moving through the state of Kentucky. This will be a historic once its all said and done with a few spots around a foot of snow.
A grand jury will decide whether charges should be filed against a driver police say hit and killed a man with his vehicle.
It happened outside a home on Smith Road in Clay County Monday night.
The driver told police five men followed him to his home, and later to a neighbor's home. The driver's wife and children were with him at the time.
When the driver refused to get out of the car, police say the five men began beating on it and tried to lure the driver out.
Police say the driver then took off, hitting 64-year-old Beve Jones, who later died.
Police say this incident is the result of another incident that happened Sunday night in Clay County.
