Fraternity member pleads not guilty in arson case

A fraternity member facing an arson charge, after police say he set toilet paper on fire that was wrapped around another member, says he's not guilty.

19-year-old Sean Dunn didn't have much to say after his arraignment Wednesday afternoon, at the Fayette County Courthouse.

The U.S. Fire Marshal has since closed the Sigma Alpha Epsilon house at UK, where police say the incident happened.

Another SAE member, 20-year-old Joe McKinley, will be in court Thursday for a charge of assaulting a police officer, who had responded to the fire.
