Bourbon County Man's Fate In Hands Of Jury

Video will be available shortly

We're waiting to learn the fate of a Bourbon County man, charged in connection with the murder of a 19-year-old woman.

Kristopher Carter faces a complicity charge for the death of Jennifer Toadvine in 2004.

The jury got the case at around 2:15 Thursday afternoon, on the fourth day of the trial.

Carter is accused of helping William Oliver hide Toadvine's body under a woodpile in Bourbon County. Oliver, who was Toadvine's ex-boyfriend, is already serving 30 years for her murder.

We have a crew in Bourbon County and we'll bring you the verdict as soon as we get it.
