Four Injured In Lexington Accident

An accident early Friday morning in Lexington sent four people to the hospital.

Police say an officer witnessed the accident at North Broadway and Haggard Lane when the driver of a mini-van ran a red light.

The mini-van t-boned an SUV.

Three of the five people in the SUV went to the hospital as well as the van's driver.

Police say they expect to cite him for running a red light.

The victims are expected to be okay.
