Leestown Rd. Bank RobbedLexington police are looking for the man who robbed a bank on Friday afternoon.
Investigators say the man walked into Fifth Third Bank on Leestown Road just after four, put a bag on the counter and demanded money.
No customers were inside the bank at the time of the robbery and no one was hurt.
Police believe the man may have had a getaway car waiting nearby.
Investigators say the man does not match the description of suspects in any other recent bank robberies. Police hope to soon release surveillance pictures of the man.
