A serial robber strikes again disguised in a 'scream mask' and cape.
It happened this past weekend at a Lexington fast food restaurant.
Since 2005 this masked man has haunted Lexington Police.
His body covered in a jump suit, and his face covered in a mask from a popular 90's movie.
Early Saturday morning, the suspect was back in character at Captain D's on East Reynolds road.
Police say he entered the store carrying a gun and demanded money.
It didn't stop there, like he has in the past, he forced the employees into the refrigerator while he stole the money and left. One employee even suffered minor injuries.
Unfortunately, it was the same scenario in 2005 at the same Captain D's.
Investigators say this makes the 7th similar armed robbery in the past two years and they say it's likely the same 'scream' masked man.
