One Woman's Trash; Is a Neighborhood Eyesore

Neighbors in one Lexington neighborhood are fed up after a neighbor moving out of a house on Rambling Creek road left behind a yard full of garbage.
The unsightly mess is more than just an eyesore.
According to the president of the neighborhood association, rodents and birds have been in and out of the trash for the past 48 hours.
One of the neighbors, John Philpot has called the city and been assured the mess will be cleaned-up soon.
The mother of the woman who lived at the home spoke with 27 NEWSFIRST she refused to go on camera but says she doesn't feel she's done anything wrong and also Says the tenant plans on cleaning the mess.
