Two appeals from a Kentucky death row inmate found guilty of killing six people have been denied.
The state supreme court today upheld 53-year-old Robert Foley's murder convictions.
The attorney general's office requested an execution date for Foley last fall.
That request is now on hold, while Kentucky tries to re-enact its lethal injection protocol.
Foley was convicted of killing two people in Laurel County and four in Madison County.
