Crime Stoppers: Men tape up family during robbery

By  |

On December 14th, Lexington Police say three men forced their way into a home on Stoney Park Lane in Lexington.

"Two black men and one white man. The three entered the residence and one of the men was carrying a silver revolver. They made the victims lie on the floor and duct taped them", says Detective William Persley with Lexington Police.

Three children in the home were also made to lie on the floor with their mother as the three men went through the home.

"Out of the safe, they got a 380 semi-automatic, $500 in cash, and a box of loaded ammo", says Detective Persley.

They also stole prescription medicine from the home. Two of the men can't be identified but police have released the sketch below of what one of the men looks like.

Crime Stoppers is offering a $1,000 cash reward for information leading to an arrest in this case. Call Crime Stoppers at 859-253-2020. They just want your information, not your name.
