Shooting Victim Facing Charges

A shooting victim faces criminal charges after an attack outside a Lexington restaurant.

The victim says a man in a car opened fire on him with a 12-gauge shotgun.

It happened outside the Las Palmas Restaurant on North Broadway.

The shooting victim's injuries aren't believed to be life threatening.

Police charged the victim with DUI and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Police are still looking for a suspect.
