Obama goes 7 for 8 in early games on Day 2 of NCAA

NEW YORK (AP) - Siena nearly came through for President Barack
Obama.
The First Fan picked the 13th-seeded Saints to beat
fourth-seeded Purdue in his bracket, but the Boilermakers pulled
out a 72-64 victory Friday. That was the only blemish for Obama in
the eight early games on the NCAA tournament's second day.
Obama correctly predicted 12 of the 16 winners in Thursday's
opening-round games.
Siena wasn't the only No. 13 seed Obama picked; he correctly
chose Murray State to upset fourth-seeded Vanderbilt on Thursday.
Obama has his Final Four in tact: Kansas, Kansas State, Kentucky
and Villanova. He predicted North Carolina's national championship
victory last year, when his bracket ranked 903,125th overall in
ESPN's online contest.
