Police: Woman posed as doctor to get pills

Richmond police say a woman misrepresented herself at a Kroger pharmacy and a hospital pharmacy to obtain prescription drugs.

32-year old Tina Gibson is accused of telling a Kroger pharmacy she worked at a local doctor's office to get Tramadol, a pain reliever. Court documents state she posed as a doctor at Pattie A. Clay hospital pharmacy to get the same drug there. Records state she did this a total of seven times over a 4-month period.

When confronted by 27NEWSFIRST at her Berea home, Gibson did not want to comment and told us to leave her property.

Gibson bonded out of the Madison county jail a day after being arrested.
