Lexington police have made an arrest in a June home invasion.
Police tell 27 NEWSFIRST that 20-year-old Christopher Michael Moberly broke into a home on Squires Road, demanded money from the people inside, and then started firing shots.
Investigators say the couple inside had to jump out of a window to avoid the bullets. One of them broke an ankle as a result of the fall.
Moberly is charged with burglary and two counts of attempted murder. and is currently being held at the Fayette County Detention Center.
