A man accused of murdering a Carter County mother and her two daughters is heading back to Kentucky to face charges.
Robert Lee Drown was in jail in West Virginia. Today, he waived extradition and is heading back to Kentucky. Prosecutors have said they will seek the death penalty against the convicted sex offender.
The West Virginia man is charged with murder, arson, rape and burglary in the deaths of Jennifer Ison, and her daughters Shannah and Marissa.
