Updated: Sat 7:09 PM, Aug 04, 2007

Corbin, Ky. - The manager of a local night club / restaurant has been cited by the Corbin Police for allowing a strip show, featuring male dancers, at a bachelorette party on the premises.

Police cited Rodney Lawrence, manager of The Depot on Main Street in Corbin, for allowing the strip show in his establishment which apprently is not licensed for entertainment. The charge was "Retail Premises who have liquor license not to be disorderly in the 1st degree," a class B misdemeanor.

Corbin Police Chief Carson Mullins says two of his officers, Sgt. Rob Jones and Patrolman Jim Miller, were conducting a routine walk through of all alcohol-serving restaurants when they discovered the show in the Comedy Club area of the establishment. Mullins says his officers stopped the performance and cited the owner. No word on the fate of the macho ecdysiasts or their fawning admirers.
